The good: Alejandro was a great sales representative who provided everything I requested for purchasing a vehicle from out of state. He went above and beyond in trying to repair the messed up touch(less) screen on the vehicle prior to finalizing the purchase.
The initial online advertised price was also really good.
The bad: The dealership has extremely high dealership fees.
The finance team initally overcharged me on the purchase price of the vehicle. Fortunately I caught the $500 error prior to signing. The finance team corrected it without issue.

The buying process was much more stressful than it should have been because of poor communication and several last-minute issues. I was given incorrect information about my down payment, and I was asked for additional documents at the last minute after everything seemed finalized. I appreciated that the vehicle was delivered on time, but I was disappointed that my brand-new Atlas arrived with nearly 400 miles instead of just a few. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in communication and the overall customer experience.
Everyone at this dealership was attentive and helpful. They were very patient and answered all my questions. I wanted to try several vehicles before deciding and I also went back over a couple. Again they were there for me. I have used this dealership years ago and I definitely will use them again.
I bought brand new Volkswagen Jetta 2026 and it came no spare and but overall the service at the dealership was ok but it got better at the end when I was seated with Daniela excellent customer service Can I get a spare tire for my car or can I trade it back in for a different car

Down fall, lack of promotions/sales running up the price of car and when we had signed saving the numbers all in when we got to do the paperwork that was not true the numbers were higher.

The one issue I had was that although I was told I could pay off my car loan early, no menton was made that a penalty would be involved. It’s not a large amount compared to the interest I will be saving, but still it should have been mentioned, especially since at the very start I said was tending to make a cash purchase with no loan. Also the time getting all the paperwork done was excessisve. I still would recommend the dealer based on my past experience with maintenance on my old vehicle over the years.

I have been driving Volkswagon's since 1974 and I love your cars. Mike Benitez has been a big part of that for the last 20+ years and he takes care of me always and goes the extra mile. When I lease is up next year, I will most likely be releasing a vehicle or possibly buying one from your dealership.
Terrible experience. Buying a car should be exciting, not leave you feeling like you got taken advantage of. Several days later, I’m still shocked by the treatment and by how careful you need to be with everything you sign. Even though I agreed on a final price, somehow additional charges were added totaling almost 10% more than the deal we closed. I absolutely do not recommend this place. That same day, I was literally shaking from frustration.
