Overall, the service was very good. The video shared detailing everything that was done to the vehicle was especially helpful and appreciated. The reason I’m giving a 3-star rating is that I was offered only one complimentary ride. A friend of mine purchased the same vehicle, just one month after I did, and had the same annual service performed one day before mine. In her case, both rides were covered. I believe customers receiving the same type of service should be treated consistently and fairly. Providing an equitable customer experience should be the standard.

Most of my interactions were done directly with Alejandro. He was extremely attentive, honest, and quick. Because of his responsiveness, I chose to move forward with VW of South Miami over several other dealerships. He made the process easy for me and considered the fact that I was 8 months pregnant and didn't want to spend the day in the dealership. Despite doing most of the negotiations and choosing my car remotely, he was thorough enough to get me the car I wanted. He even sent videos to help me make my choice. Would 100% recommend

After a very chaotic salesman and sales manager who were more interested in closing the deal than delivering the car in an acceptable condition (being a used car), Mr Pineda did a good job fixing it, and for that I am satisfied. Thanks for being patient with a customer than only needed what he paid for. I may continue with VW service.

Everything was customer focused, form making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. When we arrived the car we were interested was freshly washed and smelled clean and looked new. They were very fair on keeping us in our budget, I also want to say thanks to finance for working with us and answering our questions professionally and the insurance person who saved us 120/mo on insurance which was the perfect way to finalize our experience!

While scheduling a service appt online was challenging, I called the Service Dept with ease. Service Agent, Kenneth was great thoroughly explaining the before, during and after inspection processes and work completed on my Jetta. Give him a 10 rating!! It was easy to get an appointment, I just called Mike. I don't live near the dealership but when I got there Mike listened to my problem and took the car for analysis. He returned about an hour and a half later to explain the issue and the cure would be a new module, which he ordered and I'm going back tomorrow to get it installed.
